Aloe has a million different great reasons why you should be using it! For starters aloe leaves contain a great abundance of powerful antioxidants which are called polyphenols. Antioxidants are imperative to our health helping fight off any harmful bacteria.
The plant is beyond resourceful and many of us do not realize and understand the power of the aloe plant. So much so that the Egyptians called it the Plant of Immortality because of its wonderful resources.
The Aloe Plant has so much rich benefits in store for you and it is priced at .99 cent at your local supermarket or fruit store.
One of the many benefits of the Aloe Plant is that it is a great provider of nourishment to the hair, skin, and body.
FOR THE SKIN:
Aloe promotes elasticity and prevents wrinkles although excessive application of the topical gel like substance can dehydrate your skin so be careful on the amount you use.
As I mentioned before the polyphenols help inhibit any bacteria that may cause infections on the surface of our bodies.
Aloe is a great moisturizer providing hydration, getting rid of dead cells, all while keeping the skin glowing, soft, and supple.
The plants assists with pigmentation as well, ridding the skin of any dark patches and dry flaky patches as well.
If you experience any suntan burns or suntan lines aloe is the perfect remedy for removing and promoting a natural glowing even complexion while avoiding dark patches.
If you are acne prone the plant can most definitely help you with the outbreak of pimples and heal the lesions (containing pus and are red at the base of the pimple) and acne scars.
